     *आज के जमाने में यदि आप किसी तवायफ़ के कोठे से निकल कर आ रहे हैं तो देखने वाले आपके प्रति किस तरह की धारणा बनायेंगे ?* अथवा विजली विभाग का मीटर रीडर किसी रेड लाइट एरिया से मीटर की रीडिंग ले कर आ रहा हो तो दोनों घटनाओं पर आपकी या किसी भी देखने वाले की सोच अविकसित होगी, अच्छी नहीं होगी। वर्तमान में लगभग सभी लोग आधुनिक टेक्नोलॉजी से लैस नजर आ रहे हैं। सबके हाथ में मोबाइल अवश्य होगा, इंटरनेट भी काम कर रहा होगा। भाषा में बदतमीजी भरपूर नजर आ रही है। *कुछ सामाजिक संगठनों और राजनीतिक पार्टियों ने अपने यहाँ गाली गलौज करने, बदतमीजी करने और धमकी देने के परम्परागत विभाग खोल रखे हैं।* परम्परागत इसलिए कि पहले जमींदारों और जागीरदारों के यहाँ जो कारिन्दे रखे जाते थे उनकी भाषा लगभग ऐसी ही होती थी। *इसलिए सेल में बैठे लोग भले ही बीटेक, एमटेक, एमबीए एवं पीएचडी किये बैठे हों और अपने आपको बहुत बड़ा तीरंदाज समझते हों मगर उनकी औकात एक गुलाम कारिन्दे से ज्यादा नहीं है।* वे फोन पर अपने आकाओं के विरोधियों को जिस तरह से धमकाने का काम करते हैं और लच्छेदार गालियों का इस्तेमाल करते हैं उनकी औकात एक अनपढ़ गँवार और बदतमीज व्याक्ति से ज्यादा नहीं है। पहले कारिन्दों को भी खूब धनराशि दी जाती थी। *वर्तमान में सेल में काम करने वाले नौजवानों को भी वैसे ही इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है। लोकतंत्र  की स्थापना के बाद कारिंन्दों की प्रजाति लुप्तप्राय हो गयी थी।* 

      *तवायफ़ों के कोठों पर ये प्रजाति हमेशा मौजूद रही है। आज कल तवायफ़ों के कोठों की संख्या कम हो गयी है क्योंकि स्कूल और कालेजों की संख्या में काफी इजाफा हुआ है।* पहले राजा, महाराजा, जागीरदार, जमींदार, अमीर आदि अपनी औलादों को तमीज सिखाने के लिये इन्हीं तवायफों के कोठों पर भेजा करते थे। उस समय पढ़ाई लिखाई तो नाम मात्र की होती थी क्योंकि उपरोक्त लोगों की औलादों को कहीं नौकरी करने तो जाना ही नहीं पड़ता था। *मगर उस समय के लोगों में शालीनता और तमीज भरपूर पायी जाती थी। अब भी शायद कहीं कहीं एकाध पीढ़ी बची रह गयी हो तो इसे देखा व अनुभव किया जा सकता है कि बड़े घरानों के बच्चे इन्हीं कोठों पर तमीज सीखने के लिये अब भी भेजे जाते हैं।* आज कल परिस्थितियों में काफी बदलाव आ गया है। तवायफ़ों के कोठों का स्थान अब बार बालाओं के अड्डों ने ले लिया है और वहाँ जा कर ये नये रईसजादे अब तमीज नहीं सीखते हैं बल्कि तमीज के अलावा हर वो चीज सीखते हैं जो आज समाज में स्पष्ट रूप से दिखायी पड़ रही है। *इसके इस रूप से समाज में एक अलग तरह की घबराहट  पैदा हो रही है।* इसे और अधिक विकसित करने में सत्ताओं की भूमिका अहम साबित हो रही है।  *शिक्षा के साथ खिलवाड़ करने का एक बड़ा कारण ये भी है कि जब ज्यादा लोग अशिक्षित होंगे तो जो आधुनिक चीजें सभ्य समाज में होनी चाहिये वे स्वतः समाप्त हो जायेंगी।* 

    *नैतिकता की कक्षाएँ  तवायफों के कोठों से उतर कर विद्यालयों में आयीं थीं। अब शिक्षा का निजीकरण होने से वहाँ का माहौल अपने आप बदल गया है।* बड़े बड़े प्राइवेट स्कूलों में पढ़ने वाले बच्चे जिस तरह की भाषा का इस्तेमाल अपने साथियों के साथ करते हैं वह किसी भी समझदार व्यक्ति को आश्चर्य में डाल सकती है। *इसी तरह के प्राइवेट स्कूलों के पढ़े हुये विद्यार्थी राजनीतिक शाखाओं की सेल में बैठकर अपने हुनर का इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं और जो लोग प्राइवेट कम्पनियों में काम कर रहे हैं उनकी भी दिनचर्या में बहुत बड़ा परिवर्तन देखने को मिल रहा है।* वे रात रात भर जाग कर काम भी करते हैं और साथ ही साथ मनोरंजन के नाम पर सुरा का सेवन भी करते हैं जो एक आम बात हो गयी है। शराब के ज्यादा अड्डे खुलने का एक कारण यह भी है कि देहात के क्षेत्रों में मजदूर अधिक होने की वजह से शराब की खपत बढ़ी है और शहरों में शराब की खपत इन नये कामगारों की वजह से बढ़ी है। जो हर सप्ताह के अन्त में कहीं न कहीं सैर सपाटे को अवश्य निकलते हैं। इसे जीने का नया अन्दाज भी कहा जा सकता है। *बुजुर्गों से नौजवानों की दूरियाँ बढ़ने का एक कारण ये भी है कि उनके ऐश मे कोई व्यवधान नहीं पड़ पाता है।*

     *प्राइवेट कम्पनियों में काम करने वाली नौजवान पीढ़ी जिसे ऐश समझती है वह ऐश नहीं ऐय्यासी है।* यह बात इस नौजवान पीढ़ी को तब समझ में आयेगी जब वक्त निकल जायेगा। *ठीक उसी तरह जिस तरह पहले ताली व थाली पीटने वाले अब अपना सिर पीट रहे हैं।* मगर अब उन्हें दूर दूर तक कोई रास्ता नजर नहीं आ रहा है। नौजवानों और उनके अभिभावकों को अब यह स्पष्ट रूप से समझ में आ जाना चाहिये कि उनकी तीन पीढ़ियाँ तो बरबाद हो कर ही रहेंगी क्योंकि तमीज के साथ साथ और भी बहुत सारी चीजें सीखने की जरूरत है। जो अब घर परिवार से ही सीखनी पड़ेंगी क्योंकि न तो अब वैसे रईस रह गये हैं और न वैसे तवायफ़ों के अड्डे ही रह गये हैं। *हुक्मरानों की गलत नीतियाँ हमें पूरी तरह से आदम युग में भेजने की तैयारी कर चुकी हैं। उनके तंत्र का जाल हर ओर फैल चुका है। अब हम उससे बच कर कैसे निकल पाते हैं ये हमारी सूझ बूझ पर निर्भर करता है।*

The brothels of tawaifs have now been replaced by brothels and by going there, these new nobles no longer learn manners, but apart from manners, they learn everything which is clearly visible in the society today. * Due to this, a different kind of panic is being created in the society* The role of the authorities is proving to be important in developing it further. *One of the big reasons for playing with education is that when more people are uneducated, then the modern things that should happen in a civilized society will automatically end.*

*The classes of morality had come down from the chambers of courtesans and came to the schools. Now with the privatization of education, the atmosphere there has automatically changed. The kind of language used by children studying in big private schools with their peers can surprise any sensible person. *Similarly, the students of private schools are using their skills by sitting in the cell of political branches and those who are working in private companies are also seeing a big change in their daily routine* They also work awake all night and at the same time consume alcohol in the name of entertainment, which has become a common practice. One of the reasons for the opening of more liquor vends is that the consumption of liquor has increased due to more laborers in the rural areas and the consumption of liquor in the cities has increased due to these new workers. Those who definitely go for picnic somewhere at the end of every week. It can also be called a new way of living. One of the reasons for increasing the distance between the youth and the elders is that there is no disturbance in their happiness. *The young generation working in private companies, who consider it as luxury, is not luxury but luxury. * This young generation will understand this when the time will pass. *Just like the way those who used to clap and thali earlier are now beating their heads.* But now they can't see any way far and wide. The youth and their parents should now clearly understand that their three generations will be ruined because there are many other things that need to be learned along with manners. Which now has to be learned from the family itself, because neither the rich are left nor the places of courtesans are left. *The wrong policies of the rulers have completely prepared to send us to the Adam era. The web of their system has spread everywhere. Now how we can escape from it depends on our understanding.*
