इतिहास को नये तरह से लिखने की बात चल रही है जिसमें पुनः झूठ परोस कर समाज को गुमराह करने का प्रयास किया जायेगा।* कायरों को वीर और बहादुर की उपाधियों से नवाजा जायेगा जिससे आने वाली पीढ़ी मौसम को देख कर गिरगिट की तरह अपना रंग बदलती रहे। *हम वर्तमान पीढ़ी को गिरगिट की श्रेणी में डालना उचित नहीं समझते हैं।*
ये उपरोक्त बातें मैं उन ब्राह्मणों के लिये लिख रहा हूँ जो अपने ही अन्तर्विरोध में उलझे हुये हैं और अपनी ऊँच नीच की भावना को पुष्पित व पल्लवित कर रहे हैं। *क्षत्रियों और वैश्यों की बात करना तो फिजूल में समय बरबाद करना है। क्योंकि उनका इतिहास में कहीं पर भी स्वतंत्र अस्तित्व नजर नहीं आता है।*
वे ब्राह्मणों के द्वारा संचालित यंत्र (गुलाम) होने के अलावा और कुछ भी नजर नहीं आते हैं। *वे केवल ब्राह्मणों के उकसाने पर ही क्रियाशील होते हैं और उपयोग कर के (use & throw) उन्हें भी फेंक देने की श्रेणी में डाल दिया जाता है।* हमेशा से यही होता चला आ रहा है। *वर्तमान के लोकतंत्र में भी यह सब स्पष्ट नजर आ रहा है। लोग न समझ पायें तो उसकी बात ही अलग है।*
इसलिए मूल समाज के लोगों (SC/ ST/ OBC/ Minority) को इसमें ज्यादा उत्तेजित होने की आवश्यकता नहीं है क्योंकि वर्तमान में मूल समाज के लोग तो इतिहास के साथ साथ ही चल रहे हैं।* वे इतने शिक्षित हो गये हैं कि स्वयं अपने इतिहास का निर्माण कर रहे हैं।
*अब अगर आप ब्राह्मणों की तरफ देखेंगे तो उनमें क्रम वार कई श्रेणियाँ मिलेंगी जो अपने अपने दायरे में ही काम करने को मजबूर हैं।* अन्य ब्राह्मण उन्हें उनके दायरे से नहीं निकलने देना चाहते हैं और जब भी वे वहाँ से निकलने का प्रयास करते हैं तो उनके मनोबल को वहीं पर तोड़ दिया जाता है।
उनमें भी परस्पर शादी सम्बन्ध नहीं होते हैं। *उनमें वर्गीकरण के कारण दहेज लेन देन की प्रक्रिया ने उनके जीवन को भी बहुत कठिन बना दिया है। बहुजन समाज के लोगों को भी उनकी दुरूह परिस्थिति को समझना अति आवश्यक है।*
उनमें भी वर्गीकरण के हिसाब से कई श्रेणियाँ हैं। आज भी मूल समाज के लोग ग्रह-दशा में उलझे हुये हैं और अपनी परेशानियों का हवाला देकर उनसे निकलने का उपाय पूछने जाते हैं।* इसकी श्रेणी नीचे से ही प्रारम्भ होती है। *यह वे ब्राह्मण हैं जिन्हें पोथी पत्रा का थोड़ा बहुत ज्ञान होता है जिसके द्वारा मुहूर्त आदि निकाल कर लोगों को हमेशा अपनी ओर आकर्षित करते रहते हैं।*
मुहूर्त निकालने के बाद भी शादी विवाह में भयंकर आँधी तूफान आते देखे गये हैं। यही ब्राह्मण अन्य गतिविधियों में भी सहयोग कर के अपने और अपने परिवार का भरण पोषण करते रहते हैं। *नल लगाने के लिये पता लगाना कि कहाँ पर पानी निकल सकता है या मकान की नींव डलवाने का शुभ मुहूर्त, दिशा और दशा का ज्ञान आदि इन्हीं ब्राह्मणों से प्राप्त होता रहता है।*
*अब एक अन्य तरह के ब्राह्मण हैं जो समाज में गाँवों व कस्बों की बहुत बड़ी आबादी को लीलावती और कलावती की कथा में उलझाये हुये हैं।* उनकी भी मजबूरी है कि वे अपनी सीमित आय में ही अपने परिवार का भरण पोषण करते रहते हैं। *उनका भी हाल अनुसूचित जाति के गरीब तबके की ही तरह है।* उनका ये हाल आज से नहीं बल्कि मुगल काल से भी पहले से होता चला आ रहा है।
इन छोटे कथा वाचकों के अलावा कुछ बड़े कथा वाचक भी हैं। जिनके कथा वाचन और प्रवचन के लिये गाँवों कस्बों और शहरों में बड़े बड़े पंडाल लगाये जाते हैं।* ऐसे कथा वाचकों का धनोपार्जन उनकी आवश्यकता से कही ज्यादा होता है जिससे कि उनका रहन सहन पुराने समय के राजाओं की तरह का होता है। *इनके बच्चे किसी भी आन्दोलन (राम मन्दिर निर्माण या हिन्दुत्व की रक्षा) में भाग नहीं लेते हैं बल्कि उनके बच्चे ज्यादातर पढ़ाई विदेशों में करते हैं।*
इनके आयोजनों में बड़े बड़े राजनीतिज्ञ भी अपनी भागीदारी करते रहते हैं और मत्था टेकते हुये नजर आते हैं। *जिससे उनका वोट बैंक मजबूत रहे और इनकी साँठ गाँठ कभी उजागर न हो सके।*

कभी कभी एक जगह से विस्थापित होने वाली जातियों के लोगों में से जब इस तरह के कथा भागवत के आयोजन करते करते कोई धनाढ्य की श्रेणी में आ जाते हैं तो उन्हें तमाम तरह के केसों में उलझा कर जेल की सलाखों के पीछे डाल दिया जाता है।*
*वर्तमान में जो साधू महात्मा जेल के अन्दर हैं वे सब के सब गैर ब्राह्मण हैं। और जो कई तरह के अपराधों में संलग्न हैं वे जेल से बाहर गुलछर्रे उड़ा रहे हैं।* ये न्याय व्यवस्था में बैठे ब्राह्मणों का दृष्टिकोण है जो उनकी साँठगाँठ को उजागर करता है। *अब एक श्रेणी के ब्राह्मण और देखने को मिलेंगे जो छोटे छोटे मन्दिरों में पूजा पाठ और आरती वगैरह करवाते हैं।*
जब वहाँ पर कमाई कम होने लगती है या पुजारियों की अन्य सन्तानें जो ज्यादा पढ़ लिख नहीं पायी हैं वे दूसरे शहरों के मन्दिरों में विस्थापित हो जाती हैं या कर दी जाती हैं जिससे उनके परिवारों का भरण पोषण होता रहे। इसके अलावा बड़े बड़े मन्दिरों में बड़ी मुश्किल से नौकरी मिलती है क्योंकि वहाँ पर चढ़ावा की आमदनी ज्यादा होती है और वहाँ पर भी बड़ी सिफारिश आदि करनी पड़ती है।
*ऐसे बड़े मंदिरों और सत्ता में बैठे राजनीतिज्ञों का चोली दामन का साथ होता है। ये राजनीति करने वाले ब्राह्मण ही होते हैं जिनके एक इशारे पर इन मन्दिरों को इनकम टैक्स विभाग की तरफ से धन सम्पत्ति बढ़ाने का सर्टिफिकेट मिल जाता है।* साथ ही धर्मार्थ दान देने वालों को अपने विभाग में इनकम टैक्स में राहत मिल जाती है।
इन बड़े बड़े मन्दिरों का नियंत्रण भी बड़े बड़े मठाधीशों के हाथ में होता है। *इनकी भी संतानें कभी किसी आन्दोलन (राम मंदिर निर्माण या हिन्दुत्व की रक्षा) में भाग लेती हुयी नहीं दिखाई देती हैं।* वे पढ़ लिख कर दुनिया की सैर करती हैं। इसी तरह से कई अन्य ब्राह्मणों के भी विभाजित कार्य आपको दिखायी पड़ेंगे।
*जैसे जन्म के समय की ग्रह दशा अथवा मूल इत्यादि की विवेचना आदि तथा नामकरण आदि करना भी किसी अलग तरह के ब्राह्मण ही करते हैं। जब किसी व्यक्ति की मृत्यु हो जाती है तो उसकी कपाल क्रिया आदि सम्पन्न कराने के लिये ब्राह्मणों की ही एक प्रजाति है जो पीढ़ियों से यही काम करती चली आ रही है।*
इन कई प्रकार के ब्राह्मणों में आपस में शादी सम्बन्ध भी नहीं होते हैं। जो लोग इसे भुगत रहे हैं वे अपनी जुबान नहीं खोल पाते हैं। *इन सभी प्रकार के ब्राह्मणों में पीढ़ियों से एक समझौता चला आ रहा है कि सार्वजनिक रूप से कोई भी ब्राह्मण दूसरे ब्राह्मण की बुराई नहीं करेगा। हमेशा प्रशंसा ही करेगा इसीलिए कभी कभी ऊँचे पदों पर बैठे ब्राह्मण उद्घोषणा करते रहते हैं कि ब्राह्मण सर्व श्रेष्ठ है जिससे गरीब ब्राह्मण का तुष्टीकरण होता रहे।*
यही कारण है कि अलग अलग कार्यों और श्रेणियों में बँटे हुये ब्राह्मण पीढ़ियों से गरीबी रेखा से नीचे जीवन यापन करते चले आ रहे हैं। *जो ब्राह्मण आरक्षण को अपनी गरीबी का कारण बताते हैं वे मूर्ख नहीं हैं बल्कि महा मूर्ख हैं।* उन्हें अपने गिरेवान में झाँक कर देखना चाहिये। *अभी उक्रेन में किसी ब्राह्मण छात्र की मृत्यु पर उसके परिजनों द्वारा आरक्षण को दोषी ठहराया गया था।*
जितने भी ब्राह्मण हमारे भारतवर्ष में हैं वे अपनी वंशावली उठा कर देखें कि आजादी के पहले उनके पुरखे कितने धनी रहे हैं। *अगर वे आजादी के बाद गरीब हुये हैं तो क्यों और आजादी के पहले भी गरीब थे और उनकी गरीबी वंशानुगत है तो उसका कारण आरक्षण कदापि नहीं हो सकता है।* उन्हें अपने इतिहास के पन्ने पलटने पड़ेंगे कि उनकी हालत हमेशा सुदामा जैसी क्यों रही है ?
वैसे सुदामा को मैं एक मिथक ही मानता हूँ फिर भी तुलनात्मक अध्ययन करने में कोई बुराई नहीं है। *पहले ब्राह्मण ही पढ़े लिखे रहे हैं और कहानीकार या कथाकार ने सदा गरीब ब्राह्मण का ही जिक्र क्यों किया है ? किसी धनी ब्राह्मण का नाम तक नहीं लिया है।* शायद धनी ब्राह्मण कोई होगा ही नहीं।
*किसी भी रचनाकार ने गरीब ब्राह्मण की जगह गरीब अहीर, गड़रिया, चमार, कुम्हार, कोरी, काछी या कुर्मी आदि आदि किसी भी जाति का गरीबी के संदर्भ में जिक्र क्यों नहीं लिया है ? यह भी एक विचारणीय संदर्भ है।*

वर्तमान में अगर देखें तो हर विभाग में नौकरियाँ करने वाले ज्यादातर ब्राह्मण ही रहे हैं तो जो विभाग सरकारी से प्राइवेट किये गये हैं या जिन संस्थानों को बन्द कर दिया गया है उनमें जो भी नौकरी से बेदखल हुये हैं या किये गये हैं वे अवश्य ही गरीबी के स्तर पर पहुँच गये होंगे। इन्हें गरीब बनाने वाला कौन है ?*
अगर बिना किसी दुर्भावना के लोग सत्य को पहचानने की कोशिश करेंगे तो उन्हें वास्तविकता के दर्शन अवश्य हो जायेंगे। *इन्हें गरीब बनाने में आरक्षण की क्या भूमिका हो सकती है ? इस पर गंभीरता से सोच विचार करें।*
अभी लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय के प्रोफेसर रविकान्त चन्दन और दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के प्रोफेसर रतन लाल के साथ हुईं घटनायें तरोताजा हैं।* मैंने एक वीडियो देखा है जिसमें हिन्दू कालेज के बाहर दिल्ली के कुछ सवर्ण छात्र प्रोफेसर रतन लाल के खिलाफ अशोभनीय टिप्पणी करते देखे जा सकते हैं। इन छात्रों की उम्र 25 से 30 साल के बीच में हो सकती है।
लखनऊ के काण्ड में भी छात्रों की यही उम्र रही होगी। *इन छात्रों का आक्रोश जायज है क्योंकि वे जिस पृष्ठभूमि से निकल कर आये हैं वहाँ उनके माँ बाप ने भी गरीबी में ही अपना जीवन गुजारा होगा या वे मध्यम वर्गीय जीवन जी रहे होंगे।* वहाँ पर उन छात्रों को जो परिवेश मिला होगा वही उनके आचरण में झलक रहा है।
हम लोगों के साथ भी बहुत से सवर्ण छात्र पढ़े होंगे। सब जगहों पर वातावरण समान ही मिला होगा। *यदि छात्रों में आपस में अच्छा ताल मेल रहा होगा तो वहाँ के अध्यापकों ने अवश्य ही भेदभाव का जहर फैलाया होगा और ज्यादातर स्थानों पर भेदभाव शीर्ष स्तर से ही नीचे की ओर आता है।* अमूमन लखनऊ और दिल्ली की घटनाओं के संदर्भ में यही हालात नजर आते हैं।
*जिस देश में उच्च स्तर पर बैठे लोगों की सोच इतने निम्न स्तर की होगी वे विश्वगुरु होना तो बहुत दूर की बात है वे मुहल्ले के गुरु भी नहीं हो सकते हैं।* क्योंकि वर्तमान के मुहल्लों में भी सभी धर्मों और जातियों के लोग रहने लगे हैं। मैंने इस लेख के आरम्भ में गिरगिट का जिक्र किया है जो मौसम के हिसाब से रंग बदलता रहता है।
*हम वर्तमान के सवर्ण छात्रों पर दोषारोपण नहीं करना चाहते हैं क्योंकि उनमें से कुछ छात्र सीमा से परे समझदार भी हैं और उन्हें ऐतिहासिक घटनाओं का ज्ञान भी है।* बहुत सारे सवर्ण छात्रों का अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जन जाति और अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के छात्रों से दोस्ताना भी है और मधुर सम्बन्ध भी हैं। *वे विश्वविद्यालयों में शिक्षा ग्रहण करने आये हैं, गुण्डागर्दी करने नहीं आये हैं।*
*आज लगभग 2014 के बाद से ही सोशल मीडिया पर डी.एन.ए. के बारे में बहुत हल्ला मचा हुआ है।* ब्राह्मणों के DNA के बारे में बहुत से लेख आ रहे हैं। *इसमें विशेषकर चितपावन ब्राह्मणों के बारे में ज्यादा लिखा जा रहा है कि वे यूरेशियाई मूल के हैं और उनकी कट्टरता जग जाहिर है आदि आदि।*
*जो विद्यार्थी प्रोफेसर रतन लाल और प्रोफेसर रविकान्त चन्दन के बारे में टीका टिप्पणी कर रहे हैं और परदे के पीछे से जो राजनीतिक, सामाजिक, प्रशासनिक और न्यायिक शक्तियाँ हवा दे रही हैं और मूल समाज का मनोबल गिराने का प्रयास कर रही हैं उन्हें अपने ही इतिहासकारों के द्वारा लिखे हुये प्राचीन इतिहास के पन्ने पलटने पड़ेंगे।*
औरंगजेब ने अपने शासन काल में हिन्दुओं पर एक कर लगाया था *जिसे जजिया कर के नाम से जाना जाता है तो उस समय के ब्राह्मणों ने अर्थात वर्तमान ब्राह्मणों के पूर्वजों ने औरंगजेब से विनम्रता पूर्वक आग्रह किया था कि वे ब्राह्मणों पर जजिया कर न लगायें क्योंकि ब्राह्मण हिन्दू नहीं हैं वे विदेशी हैं।* इतिहास की इस घटना से सारे विभागों में बैठे ऊपर से नीचे तक न केवल सवर्ण बल्कि अन्य सभी लोग भलीभाँति परिचित होंगे।
*औरंगजेब ने ब्राह्मणों की ये बात मान कर ब्राह्मणों का जजिया कर माफ कर दिया था।* इसलिए वर्तमान पीढ़ी को उत्तेजना से काम नहीं लेना चाहिये। *जो चन्द लोग मनुस्मृति की बात कर के देश में अस्थिरता पैदा करने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं उसमें सबसे ज्यादा नुकसान उन्हीं ब्राह्मणों और सवर्णों का होने वाला है जो उनके नक्शे कदम पर चल रहे हैं।* कुछ थाली पीटने वाले तो इस हालत में पहुँच गये हैं कि अब उनके घर में पीटने के लिये थाली भी नहीं है।
जो लोग इतिहास बदलने की बात कर रहे हैं उन्हें पहले जजिया कर को झूठ साबित करना होगा जो कि असम्भव है।* इसलिए जो लोग इतिहास बदलने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं उनकी सारी कवायद बेकार जायेगी। नाम बदलने से किसी स्थान या व्यक्ति का इतिहास नहीं बदल जाता है। वह जमीन से भी निकल कर बाहर आ जाता है।
जैसा कि अंग्रेजों के शासन काल में खुदाई से निकले हुये बौद्ध स्थल पूरे देश में फैले हुये दिखायी पड़ रहे हैं जिन्हें शुंग के शासन काल में जमींदोज कर दिया गया था। *नयी पीढ़ी का एक बहुत बड़ा हिस्सा पुरानी दकियानूसी सोच से बाहर निकल चुका है विशेषकर सवर्णों का उसे उसी पुराने कुएँ में धकेलने के लिये अनेक लोगों द्वारा कुचक्र रचा जा रहा है। इसे सवर्ण समाज के लोगों को और ब्राह्मणों को गंभीरता से सोचना पड़ेगा।*
*आज अवर्ण और सवर्ण इस कदर आपस में घुलमिल गये हैं कि उन्हें पुरानी स्थिति में पहुँचाना मुश्किल ही नहीं अपितु असम्भव भी है।* इसलिए सवर्ण विशेषकर ब्राह्मण समाज के छात्रों को अपनी कुण्ठा त्यागनी चाहिये और अपनी सोच को विकसित करना चाहिये। हम अपने कथन को कितनी बार थूक कर चाटते रहेंगे और गिरगिट की तरह रंग बदलते रहेंगे। *जजिया कर पर गौर करें या DNA पर गौर करें। कुछ और भी संदर्भ हैं जिन्हें हम किसी अन्य अवसर पर समाज के समक्ष प्रस्तुत करेंगे।*
