        *सन उन्नीस सौ सैंतालीस के बाद की गति विधियों को यदि गंभीरता से देखा जाये तो पूरे देश का वातावरण बहुत ही शान्त नजर आ रहा था।* मगर एक गोली चलाने वाले ने सारे देश का नजारा ही बदल दिया। ये काम उस व्यक्ति ने स्वयं ही किया था। उसने किसी को उकसाया भी होगा पर वह काम नहीं आया होगा। वैसे भी अंग्रेजों की मार से पूरा देश ही बेहाल था। *केवल मुखबिरी करने वाले निश्चिन्त थे।* आज भी वे ही निश्चिन्त नजर आ रहे हैं। *हाँ एक युवा वर्ग लड़के और लड़कियों का अवश्य है जो परेशान और विक्षिप्त जैसी हालत में अपने उदगारों को व्यक्त करने में लगा हुआ है। सोशल मीडिया पर ऐसे वीडियो काफी वायरल हो रहे हैं।*

        *मनुस्मृति की वकालत करने वाले उस दौर में क्षत्रियों को उकसाने में सफल रहे।* क्या वे आज फिर अपने मकसद में सफल होते हुये दिखायी पड़ रहे हैं ? *अब ये तो तथाकथित क्षत्रियों को सोचना है कि वे कौन हैं ? क्योंकि उनके धर्म ग्रंथों के अनुसार परशुराम ने पृथ्वी को इक्कीस बार क्षत्रिय विहीन कर दिया था फिर ये क्षत्रिय बार बार कहाँ से पैदा होते गये ?* एक कथा वाचक बड़ी गंभीरता से सोशल मीडिया पर इस बात को बता रहे थे कि क्षत्रिय ब्राह्मणों की नाजायज औलाद हैं। उनकी ये बातें कुछ हजम नहीं हो पायीं क्योंकि कुछ तथाकथित लोग तो आज भी हुंकार भर रहे हैं। *अब अगर उनके उपनाम पर गौर करें तो कुछ विवादास्पद कथन उत्पन्न होने लगते हैं।* जैसे कि वर्तमान के राहुल गाँधी के बारे में गाँधी जब कि उनकी वंशावली में नेहरू उपनाम जुड़ा हुआ है। अपने उपनाम की आजादी सभी को है और होनी भी चाहिये। *वैसे आम बोल चाल की भाषा में क्षत्रियों को ठाकुर कह कर भी सम्बोधित किया जाता है।*

     *अब एक केन्द्रीय मंत्री का ध्यान आ रहा है जिसके उपनाम में ठाकुर जुड़ा हुआ है।* वैसे उनके पिताजी का उपनाम कुछ और ही है। शायद यही राहुल गाँधी के गाँधी उपनाम पर कुछ ज्यादा ही टीका टिप्पणी कर रहे थे। *अब मैं इनका सम्बन्ध किसी अमिताभ ठाकुर और कर्पूरी ठाकुर से तो नहीं जोड़ सकता हूँ क्योंकि उनका सम्बन्ध तो बिहार के नंद वंश से रहा है। अगर आप इसी तरह से उपनामों का अध्ययन करते रहेंगे तो कहानियाँ बहुत ही रोचक बनती चली जायेंगी।*

       *आर्य लोग कब देव बन गये, कब ब्राह्मण बन गये, कब हिंदू बन गये और कब सनातन हो गये।* यह इतिहास आने वाली पीढ़ी को बताना और समझाना पड़ेगा। इनमें तथाकथित क्षत्रियों और वैश्यों की भी गिनती नहीं होती है। *तब फिर ये हैं कौन और इनके साथ जो वर्णन किया जाता है वह शूद्रों से भी ज्यादा गया गुजरा है।* अब आजादी के बाद के हालतों में शासन प्रशासन चलाने में जो भी तत्व निर्मित हुये उनमें इनकी भागीदारी स्वयं इन वर्गों को देखनी चाहिये। *न्याय पालिका में इनके जजों की संख्या, वित्तीय संस्थानों में प्रमुख पदों पर पदासीन लोग, पीएमओ में कार्य करने वाले अधिकारी, आईएएस, आईपीएस और आईएफएस में इनके वर्ग के लोग कितने अधिकारी हैं ?* इनके अलावा भी केन्द्र और राज्य सरकारों में पाँच सौ से ज्यादा विभाग हैं तथा नई वैज्ञानिक खोजों पर आधारित जो नया निजी तंत्र विकसित हुआ है और सरकारी स्कूलों को बन्द कर जो निजी स्कूल आदि खोले गये हैं इन सब में भी इन क्षत्रियों और वैश्यों को अपनी भागीदारी अवश्य देखनी चाहिये। *यदि इसमें सौतेलापन है तो इन्हें यह निश्चित ही समझ लेना चाहिये कि आजादी के बाद से केवल इनका इस्तेमाल ही किया गया है। क्षत्रियों को उकसाकर शूद्रों और अछूतों पर अत्याचार करने के लिये और वैश्यों से धन उगाही करने के लिये ही ये उपयोगी रहे हैं।*

      *अब इस भेदभाव के पीछे कुछ रहस्य भी हो सकता है जिसे गंभीर चिंतन के द्वारा ही समझा जा सकता है।* पहले ज्यादातर लोग जंगलों में निवास करते थे और ये लोग बहादुर और लड़ाकू होते थे। आज भी जो आदिवासी जंगलों में रह रहे हैं वे लड़ाकू भी हैं और जुझारू भी हैं। *वे संघर्ष में कभी भी जान की परवाह नहीं करते हैं। क्या ऐसा सम्भव नहीं है कि जिस दौर में परशुराम क्षत्रिय विहीन समाज बना चुके थे तो इन्हीं आदिवासियों में से आचरण के अनुसार कुछ को क्षत्रिय और कुछ को वैश्य में विभाजित कर दिया हो।* इसीलिये इन्हें वर्तमान में उचित पद नहीं दिये जा रहे हों। *इसका सीधा सा यह अर्थ निकलता है कि कहीं ये वर्ग भी मूल निवासियों के वंशज तो नहीं हैं।* इन क्षत्रियों और वैश्यों में जिन्हें शूद्रों और अछूतों के प्रति सहानुभूति है और वे समझते हैं कि इन मूल समाज के लोगों पर अत्याचार करना अमानवीय है, ऐसा नहीं होना चाहिये तो ऐसे क्षत्रिय और वैश्य इस देश के मूल हो सकते हैं। *इसके लिये गहन चिंतन और मनन की आवश्यकता है। जातियों में इतना संक्रमण हो चुका है कि सब एक दूसरे में खून के प्रति तो नमक और पानी की तरह घुल मिल ही गये हैं।* इसलिये शायद शूद्रों में क्षत्रिय और अछूतों में वैश्य लिखने की परिपाटी स्पष्टत  रूप से स्वतः नजर आने लगी है। इसे रंग भेद से भी पहचाना जा सकता है। *एक अच्छे और स्वस्थ समाज के निर्माण के लिये इस तरह का चिंतन जारी रहना चाहिये मगर इसमें न तो संवेदन हीनता होनी चाहिये और न ही संवाद हीनता होनी चाहिये।*

Even today, the tribals who are living in the forests are also fighters and are also combative. *They never care about life in struggle. Is it not possible that in the era in which Parashurama had formed a Kshatriya without society, according to the conduct, some have been divided into Kshatriyas and some into Vaishya.* That is why they are not being given proper posts at present. *Its simple meaning comes out that these classes are also descendants of the original inhabitants* In these Kshatriyas and Vaishyas, who are sympathetic to the Shudras and untouchables and they understand that it is inhuman to persecute the people of these native society, if it should not happen, then such Kshatriyas and Vaishyas can be the original of this country. *This requires intensive thinking and contemplation. There has been so much infection in the castes that everyone has got mixed up like salt and water in each other. It can also be identified with color distinction. *For the creation of a good and healthy society, this kind of thinking should continue, but there should be neither sensual inferiority nor dialogue inferiority.*
