*ओ.बी.सी. जनगणना की उधेड़बुन*
*बनाम वैचारिक अस्थिरता*
जिस तरह से राजनीतिक पार्टियाँ जन गणना की उधेड़ बुन में पड़ी हुई हैं उसे निरी मूर्खता के अलावा कुछ भी नहीं कहा जा सकता है।* कुछ पार्टियाँ इसके समर्थन में और कुछ इसके विरोध में खड़ी हुई नजर आ रही है़। जो पार्टियाँ इसके समर्थन में हैं उनके कर्ताधर्ताओं के अलावा उनके राजनीतिक और सामाजिक समर्थक सभी लोगों को मालूम है कि उनकी जन संख्या देश में सबसे ज्यादा है।
*जब उन्हें मालूम है कि उनकी जनसंख्या सबसे ज्यादा है तो उन्हें जो कुछ करना है वह करना चाहिये। यदि जन गणना हो गयी और उनकी जन संख्या ज्यादा निकली तो वे क्या करेंगे ? वही काम वे अभी क्यों नहीं करना आरम्भ कर दते हैं। ऐसी ज्यादा जन संख्या वाले देश में अन्य पिछड़े वर्ग के ही लोग हैं।* यह वास्तविकता देश में सभी लोगों को मालूम है तथा किस तरह से क्रीमी लेयर लगा कर अन्य पिछड़े वर्ग को हर क्षेत्र में पिछाड़ा गया है ये भी किसी से छिपा नहीं है।
*पिछाड़ने वाला कौन है ये भी किसी से छिपा नहीं है। जब सारी चीजें स्पष्ट हैं तो अन्य पिछड़े वर्ग के लोग और क्या जानना चाहते हैं ? इस प्रकार की मूर्खता पूर्ण सोच के कारण ही यह वर्ग अपने आपको मानसिक गुलामी से बाहर निकाल पाने में असमर्थ महसूस कर रहा है।* इस्लाम धर्म की भी कुछ जातियाँ अन्य पिछड़े वर्ग की सूची में शामिल हैं।
इनके नेतृत्व करने वालों में कुछ लोगों को ये तथ्य मालूम है। ज्यादा तर लोग इससे अनभिज्ञ हैं। *इनके इस संघर्ष में अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति के लोग भी सहयोग करने को तत्पर दिखायी पड़ते हैं। लेकिन इन अन्य पिछड़े वर्ग की जातियों के लोग अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति के लोगों से छुआछूत और ऊँच नीच की भावना से ग्रसित सवर्णों से भी कहीं ज्यादा आगे निकलते हुये दिखायी पड़ते हैं।*
देश के विभिन्न भागों से समय समय पर अब भी इस तरह की घटनायें नजर आ रही हैं। यही कारण है कि देश की बहुत बड़ी आबादी को शिक्षित होने से वंचित रखा गया है। *जो वर्ग सम्प्रभुता सम्पन्न है वह कभी नहीं चाहेगा कि इस देश की बहु संख्यक आबादी वाले लोग उनके बराबर की हैसियत प्राप्त कर सकें।* इसीलिए आजादी के बाद से आज तक उनके रास्ते में रोड़े अटकाये गये हैं। *अन्य पिछड़े वर्ग के मूर्ख लोगों को ही इसके लिये आगे बढ़ाया गया है जिससे गुलामगीरी की प्रक्रिया निरन्तर जारी रहे।*
वैसे भी जो लोग इस जन गणना से घबरा रहे हैं उन्हें घबराना नहीं चाहिये क्योंकि उनके समाज में कई पीढ़ियों तक जीवित रहने के प्रमाण इन्हीं के ग्रन्थों में सन्निहित हैं। *हम तो इसे नहीं मानते हैं पर जो लोग मानते हैं उनमें इतनी घबराहट क्यों ?*
*हनुमान जी के नाम से कोई भी अपरिचित नहीं है। वे राम के युग के प्रमुख पात्रों में हैं और वे कृष्ण के युग तक जीवित बताये जाते हैं। वे जंगल में महाबली भीम का अहंकार तोड़ते हुये नजर आते हैं।* ऐसे एक नहीं हजारों लाखों पात्र भी हो सकते हैं जो कई पीढ़ियों तक जीवित रहते हों फिर उनकी जन संख्या कम होने का प्रश्न ही नहीं उठता। *ऐसे ही एक पात्र और हैं महर्षि वशिष्ठ जी जो महाराजा दशरथ के कुल गुरु बताये गये हैं।
इससे पहले भी महाराजा सगर का भी उनको कुल गुरु बताया गया है। महर्षि नाम के जितने भी ऋषि और मुनि बताये गये हैं वे किसी भी काल में कहीं भी प्रकट हो कर अपना स्थान बना लेते थे और कहानी के खाली स्थान को भर देते थे।* भानमती के पिटारे में पात्रों की कभी भी कमी नहीं रही है। *हर समय हर तरह के पात्र उसमें से निकाले जाते हैं और जब कथानक सम्पूर्णता को प्राप्त होता है तो पात्रों को पुनः उसी पिटारे में बन्द कर दिया जाता है।*
*राजा सगर के साठ हजार पुत्रों की कहानी लोगों को मालूम नहीं होगी क्योंकि उसका प्रचार प्रसार उस समय किया गया होगा जब ज्यादा जनसंख्या वाले लोग गुलामी की जंजीरें तोड़ने को आतुर दिखायी पड़ रहे होंगे।* उत्पत्ति और विनाश के पचड़े में न पड़ कर बहुजन समाज के लोगों को यह समझना चाहिये कि गिनती की प्रक्रिया कब शुरू हुयी क्योंकि गिनती की प्रक्रिया से यह निर्धारण होगा कि जिन ग्रन्थों को तथाकथित लोग प्राचीन बता रहे हैं।
वे प्राचीन न हो कर गिनती के आविष्कार के बाद ही लिखे गये हैं और *सन्तान उत्पन्न करने में ज्यादातर राजे महाराजे नपुंसक ही रहे हैं। वहाँ पर वंश वृद्धि करने में अहम भूमिका ऋषियों और मुनियों की ही रही है। निःसंतान राजा आदि संतान प्राप्ति के लिये अक्सर तपस्या करते ही बताये गये हैं। अब इस तपस्या में कैसा क्या होता था इसका विस्तृत विवरण कहीं नहीं मिलता है।*
*ये लोग दैनिक क्रियायें करते थे या नहीं करते थे। ? कुछ भोजन आदि करते थे या भूखे ही रहते थे ? यदि भूखे रहते थे तो जीवित कैसे रहते थे ? ऐसे तमाम प्रश्न उठते हैं जिसका उत्तर किसी के पास नहीं है।*
राजा सगर की रानी के गर्भ से इतने पुत्र उत्पन्न होना मुश्किल ही नहीं नामुमकिन है। जरूर यहाँ पर काल्पनिक कहानी जोड़ी गयी होगी। इन साठ हजार पुत्रों के नाम तो बताये नहीं गये हैं। हाँ दूसरी रानी के पुत्र का नाम असमंजस जरूर बताया गया है। अब जब सब कुछ असमंजस में है तो सत्यता कहाँ से होगी ?*
*एक साध्वी है जो अन्य पिछड़े वर्ग से है वह हिन्दुओं को (तथाकथित पिछड़े वर्ग के लोगों को) ज्यादा बच्चे पैदा करने को उकसाती नजर आती है। एक साधू जो सांसद भी है और अन्य पिछड़े वर्ग से है, हिन्दुओं को चार चार बच्चे पैदा करने की नसीहत देता हुआ जबरदस्ती अपना महत्व दर्शाने को लालायित दिखाई पड़ता है।* वैसे इन तथाकथित हिन्दूवादी लोगों को इसी काम के लिये रखा गया है।
इनकी औकात से ज्यादा (जैसा कि अयोध्या के राम मन्दिर शिलान्यास के समय शूद्र होने के कारण वहाँ फटकने तक नहीं दिया गया) न तो इनको काम दिया जाता है और न ही महत्व दिया जाता है।
*इन मूर्खों को (मैं तो इन्हें मूर्ख ही कहूँगा) यह भी पता नहीं कि जहाँ एक झटके में साठ हजार पुत्र (पुत्रियाँ नहीं) पैदा हो सकते हैं वहाँ दूसरों को बच्चे पैदा करने की सलाह देने की क्या जरूरत है ? उन्हीं विधियों को अपना कर देश व समाज का कल्याण कर सकते हैं।*
*अब अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के नेताओं को भी समझ लेना चाहिये कि जो काम वे जनगणना के बाद करना चाहते हैं वह काम वे अभी क्यों नहीं करते ? और सवर्णों को भी क्रीमी लेयर की उलझन में नहीं फँसना चाहिये। वे जनसंख्या अपनी इच्छानुसार बढ़ा सकते हैं।*

*The manner in which the political parties are lying in the untidy weave of the census can be called nothing but sheer stupidity. *Some parties seem to have stood in support of it and some against it.*
Apart from the actors of the parties who are in support of it, all the people who are political and social supporters know that their population is the highest in the country.
*When they know that they have the largest population, they should do whatever they want to do. What will they do if the census is done and their population turns out to be more? Why don't they start doing the same work now? In a country with such a large population, there are only people from other backward classes.*
*This reality is known to all the people in the country and how other backward classes have been left behind in every field by applying creamy layer, it is also not hidden from anyone.*
Who is the one to follow is also not hidden from anyone. When everything is clear, what else do other backward classes want to know?
*Due to such foolish thinking, this class is feeling unable to get itself out of mental slavery.* Some castes of Islam religion are also included in the list of other backward classes.
*Some of the people who lead them know this fact. Most of the people are unaware of this. In this struggle, people of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes also appear ready to cooperate.*
But the people of these other backward class castes seem to be far ahead of the people belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes than the people of untouchability and the upper and lower castes.
*Such incidents are still being seen from time to time from different parts of the country. This is the reason why a large population of the country has been denied education.*
*The class which is sovereign will never want that the people of the majority population of this country can get equal status to themThat is why since independence till today, obstacles have been stuck in their path.*
Only foolish people of other backward classes have been pushed forward for this so that the process of slavery continues continuously.
*Anyway, those who are worried about this census, they should not panic because the evidence of their survival in the society for many generations is embodied in their texts. We do not believe it, but why are there so many panic among those who believe?*
No one is unfamiliar with the name of Hanuman ji. He is one of the main characters of the era of Rama and he is said to have lived till the age of Krishna.
*He is seen breaking the ego of Mahabali Bhima in the forest. One such character is Maharishi Vashisht ji who is said to be the guru of Maharaja Dasharatha.*
*Even before this, he has also been described as the total guru of Maharaja Sagar. All the sages and sages mentioned by the name of Maharishi, they used to appear anywhere at any time and make their place and fill the empty space of the story.*

They are not ancient but have been written only after the invention of counting and most of the kings have been impotent in producing children. Rishis and sages have played an important role in increasing the lineage there. Childless kings etc. are often told to do penance to get children. Now a detailed description of what used to happen in this penance is nowhere to be found.
*These people did or did not do daily activities. , Did you eat some food etc. or did you stay hungry? If you were hungry, how did you live? Many such questions arise for which no one has the answer.*
It is not only difficult but impossible to produce so many sons from the womb of the queen of King Sagar. Surely a fictional story must have been added here. The names of these sixty thousand sons have not been mentioned. Yes, the name of the second queen's son has definitely been said to be confused. Now when everything is in confusion, where will the truth come from?
*There is a Sadhvi who is from the Other Backward Classes, she is seen inciting the Hindus (the people of the so-called Backward Classes) to have more children. A sage who is also an MP and belongs to other backward class seems to be eager to show his importance by forcing Hindus to have four or four children* By the way, these so-called Hindutva people have been kept for this work.*
*They are neither given work nor given importance beyond their status (as in Ayodhya being Shudra at the time of the foundation stone laying ceremony of being a Shudra), neither work nor importance is given to them.*
*These fools (I would call them fools) do not even know that where sixty thousand sons (not daughters) can be born in one stroke, what is the need to advise others to have children? By adopting the same methods, you can do the welfare of the country and the society.*
*Now the leaders of the Other Backward Classes should also understand that why they do not do the work they want to do after the census? And the upper castes should also not get caught in the confusion of the creamy layer. They can increase the population as they wish.*
