*वर्ग विन्यास और अवसर*
*मन्दिर की चहार दीवारी के अन्दर रहने वाले पुरुष जब मन्दिर की चौखट के बाहर पैर रखते हैं तो वे दुनिया में हो रहे तमाम तरह के परिवर्तनों को देखने व जानने की उत्कट अभिलाषा रखते हैं। परन्तु अपने वैचारिक तन्त्र को बिलकुल ही ढीला नहीं छोड़ना चाहते हैं।* वे सत्य को जानते हुये भी अभी तक उससे विमुख ही रहे हैं।
*शायद नई पीढ़ी को ये जानकर आश्चर्य होगा कि वैज्ञानिक संसाधनों के प्रारंभिक दौर में ऐसे लोगों द्वारा रेल यात्रा करना, बस यात्रा करना, हवाई यात्रा करना धर्म भ्रष्ट की श्रेणी में गिना जाता था और इनके चूल्हे में जो लकड़ियाँ जलायीं जाती थीं उनको गंगाजल डालकर शुद्ध किया जाता था। जहाँ गंगाजल उपलब्ध नहीं होता था वहाँ कुएँ के ताजा पानी के द्वारा छिड़काव करके शुद्ध किया जाता था।*
*हमने और हमारे समाज ने कभी भी सीमाओं को लाँघने का प्रयास नहीं किया है और जब जब ऐसा किया गया है तब तब वर्ग संघर्ष ने अपनी दस्तक दी है।* फिर चाहे मुगलों का पीरियड रहा हो या फिर अंग्रेजों का। *हमने हर समय में और हर काल में जबरदस्त संघर्ष किया है लेकिन ये अलग बात है कि हमारे संघर्ष को कलमबद्ध नहीं किया गया है।*
यही कारण है कि हम इतिहास में कहीं भी काले अक्षरों में दिखायी नहीं पड़ते हैं। जिनके मन में कालापन कूट कूट कर भरा था उन्होंने हमें सफेदी से सराबोर कर दिया है। *इसमें हम दोषी किसी को भी नहीं बना सकते हैं क्योंकि हमारा समाज पढ़ा लिखा नहीं था और ब्राह्मण समाज में भी अच्छी समझ व अच्छे भाव रखने वालों को उचित स्थान नहीं मिल पाता था।
उनके लेखन की भाषा संस्कृत थी। संस्कृत कभी भी जन मानस की भाषा नहीं रही है। इसीलिये उस समय भी सभी लोग संस्कृत नहीं जानते होंगे।* झूठे आँकड़े और नाम पेश करने वाले संस्कृत ज्ञाताओं का कोई सानी नहीं रहा है। *आज आप वर्तमान में पूरे देश के आँकड़े उठाकर देख लें तो आपको संस्कृत के जानकार चार अंकों से ज्यादा नहीं मिलेंगे।*
हम आज के दौर की बात करें तो जो ब्राह्मण, क्षत्रिय, वैश्य समाज के लोग जहाँ कहीं भी नौकरी कर रहे हैं, छोटे मोटे उद्योग धंधे चला रहे हैं या अन्य कोई भी काम अपनी जीविका चलाने के लिये कर रहे हैं तो वे कर्मठ हैं और *उन्होंने श्रम के महत्व को समझा है। हो सकता है सवर्ण समाज जो काम अभी कर रहा है उसे यह काम करने का अवसर ही न मिला हो।*
अवसर मिलने पर सवर्ण समाज में भी एक अलग वर्ग तैयार हो गया है। वे भी अपने समाज के गरीब और असहाय लोगों की मुफ्त में सहायता और सहयोग करने के लिये तैयार नहीं होते हैं। *वे चाहते हैं कि उनका जो गरीब तबका है वह भी कुछ मेहनत करे तभी सहयोग करना ठीक है।* उनमें जो *कुछ लोग अहंकार में चूर होने के कारण हर जगह दबंगयी दिखाकर जीवनयापन करते हैं उनका और उनके परिवार का बहुत दिनों तक जीवन सुखमय नहीं चल पाता है।* वे किसी न किसी हादसे के शिकार बना दिये जाते हैं।
लगभग सभी लोगों ने अपने जीवन काल में ऐसे हजारों उदाहरण देखे होंगे। हमारे देश में भेदभाव की जड़ें मजबूत होने के कारण सवर्णों को सामाजिक सम्मान जन्मजात मिलता रहता है। *लेकिन उनके अपने ही लोग उनके साथ न्याय नहीं कर पाते क्योंकि जो लोग अलग अलग विभागों या स्थानों पर बैठकर देश के बहुसंख्यक समाज के साथ न्याय नहीं करते हैं तो ये अन्याय करना उनकी आदत में शुमार हो जाता है।* इसीलिये आप देख सकते हैं कि लोग आपाधापी करके एक दूसरे के सिर पर पैर रख के आगे बढ़ना चाहते हैं, यहीं से कलह प्रारम्भ होती है।
दूसरी तरफ जो बहुजन समाज है उसमें भी शिक्षित होने के बाद एक नया वर्ग तैयार हो गया है जो बातें बहुत शानदार करता है मगर उसके ज्ञान की सीमा उसके अपने विभागीय काम काज तक ही सीमित रहती है। जब कभी उच्च पदों पर बैठे उच्च जाति के लोग उन्हें उद्वेलित करना चाहते हैं तो *वे उनके अहित में कोई न कोई शिगूफा छोड़ देते हैं और फिर वे उनकी प्रतिक्रिया का आनंद लेकर अवलोकन करते हैं। उन्हें इसके दुष्परिणाम की परवाह बिलकुल नहीं होती है क्योंकि ऐसे लोग अपनी तथा अपने परिवार की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पहले से ही कर लेते हैं। इनमें से बहुतों ने अपने ठिकाने पहले से ही विदेशों में बना लिये हैं।*
वे आम लोगों को जिनमें अवर्ण और सवर्ण सभी आते हैं, आपस में मारकाट के लिये छोड़ देते हैं। ऐसी घटनाओं का पिछले सत्तर वर्षों में एक लम्बा इतिहास देखने को मिलता है। *पिछले 6-7 वर्षों में इस तरह की घटनाओं में कई गुना वृद्धि हुई है जिसने सामाजिक ताने बाने को तहस नहस करके रख दिया है।
इस दौर में धार्मिक प्रतिष्ठानों का भरपूर दोहन किया गया है। अनैतिक और असंवैधानिक क्रिया कलापों की जड़ में भी इन स्थानों का भरपूर उपयोग किया गया है।* बचपन से आर्थिक तंगी झेल रहे कुछ परिवार अकूत सम्पत्ति के स्वामी बन गये हैं। मगर ये सब उनके काम आने वाली है क्योंकि कुछ सुख सुविधाओं के अतिरिक्त उन्हें कुछ और हासिल होने वाला नहीं है।
*वे एक समय में एक जोड़ी से अधिक वस्त्र धारण नहीं कर सकते, एक साथ दस पन्द्रह दिनों का खाना नहीं खा सकते। सोना और जागना भी अन्य लोगों की तरह ही करना पड़ता है। अपनी उम्र में भी हेर फेर नहीं कर सकते। ये मात्र मन का धन ही जुटा सकते हैं। इसीलिये आजकल मन की बातें ज्यादा सुनने को मिल रही हैं।*
अब जो अवर्णों और सवर्णों के वर्ग अलग तरह के उत्पन्न हो गये हैं उन्हें एक दम से समाप्त नहीं किया जा सकता है। इसके लिये साहस क्षमता व दूरदर्शिता का संयोजन करना पड़ेगा। *वर्तमान के वर्गीकरण को हमें धार्मिक व राजनीतिक चश्में से देखना बन्द करना पड़ेगा। तभी हम सही निष्कर्ष पर पहुँच पायेंगे। तभी हम समाज में सहयोग और प्रगति का पथ प्रशस्त कर पायेंगे अन्यथा हम बिकाऊ माल की तरह इधर उधर किये जाते रहेंगे और उन्हें कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा।*

The work that the upper caste society is doing now may not have got the opportunity to do this work.
On getting the opportunity, a separate class has also been created in the upper caste society. They are also not ready to help and help the poor and helpless people of their society for free. * They want their poor section to do some hard work, only then it is okay to cooperate. It is not able to walk.* They are made victims of some accident or the other.
Almost everyone must have seen thousands of such examples in their lifetime. Due to the strong roots of discrimination in our country, the upper castes continue to get social respect innate. But their own people are not able to do justice to them because those who do not do justice to the majority of the country's society by sitting in different departments or places, then doing this injustice becomes a part of their habitThat's why you can see that people want to move forward by putting their feet on each other's head, from here the discord starts.
On the other hand, even in the Bahujan society, after being educated, a new class has been created, which does wonderful things, but the extent of its knowledge is limited to its own departmental work. Whenever the upper caste people in high positions want to agitate them, they leave some caveat to their detriment and then they enjoy their reaction and observe. They do not care at all about its ill-effects because such people make security arrangements for themselves and their families in advance. Many of these have already made their bases abroad.*
They leave the common people, in whom all the Avarna and the upper castes come, to kill each other. There is a long history of such incidents in the last seventy years. *In the last 6-7 years such incidents have increased manifold which has devastated the social fabric.
During this period, religious establishments have been extensively exploited. These places have also been used to the fullest in the root of immoral and unconstitutional activities. But all this is going to work for them because apart from some comforts, they are not going to get anything else.
They cannot wear more than one pair of clothes at a time, they cannot eat food for ten to fifteen days at a time. To sleep and to wake up has to be done the same way as other people. You can't even change your age. They can only raise the money of the mind. That is why these days, the words of the mind are being heard more.
Now the different classes of Avarna and Savarna have been created, they cannot be abolished at once. For this, a combination of courage and foresight has to be taken. We have to stop looking at the present classification through religious and political prism. Only then will we be able to reach the right conclusion. Only then we will be able to pave the way for cooperation and progress in the society, otherwise we will continue to be carried here and there like a commodity for sale and they will not make any difference.
