अभी इक्कीसवीं सदी का शैशव काल चल रहा है। घटनायें उनके लिये अप्रत्याशित हो सकती हैं जिन्होंने पेट भर खाने के बाद सोना ही जीवन का लक्ष्य समझ रखा है। वे चाहे किसी भी वर्ग में क्यों न आते हों। चाहे वे श्रम करते हों या किसी भी विभाग में नौकरी करते हों। *कुछ वर्ग संघर्ष करवा रहे हैं और कुछ वर्ग संघर्ष कर रहे हैं।* लग भग एेसा ही हाल उन्नीसवीं सदी के प्रारम्भ का दिखाई पड़ता है।
*उसी समय गुजरात के टंकारा में सन 1824 में मूल शंकर का जन्म होता है जो बाद में स्वामी दयानंद सरस्वती के नाम से जाने गये।* इन्होंने अपनी सोची समझी रणनीति के तहत जो शूद्र समाज के लोग यथास्थिति की व्यवस्था का विरोध कर रहे थे उनके रास्ते में बड़े ही शान्त और सूझबूझ के तरीके से अवरोध उत्पन्न किया। वर्तमान के अनुसूचित जाति और जन जाति के लोग बहिष्कृत भारत के अभिन्न अंग थे। वे शूद्रों में सम्मिलित नहीं किये जाते थे जो वर्तमान में अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग में आते हैं, ये सभी अलग अलग प्रदेशों में शूद्र की श्रेणी में आते थे।
*सन 1827 में महाराष्ट्र के पूना में महात्मा ज्योतिवा राव फुले का जन्म होता है जो लगभग स्वामी दयानंद सरस्वती के समकालीन ही कहे जायेंगे।* महात्मा ज्योतिबा राव फुले का जब ब्राह्मण मित्र की बारात में जाने पर उनके साथ अपमानजनक घटना होती है तो उनका हृदय परिवर्तन होता है। *बाद में वे संघर्ष करते हुये सत्य शोधक समाज की स्थापना करते हैं जिसका मुख्य उद्देश्य लोगों को सत्य से अवगत कराना और पाखण्ड का विरोध करना था जो बिना शिक्षा के असम्भव था।* महात्मा ज्योतिबा राव फुले के विरोध में जो भी प्रचार किया जाता था वह उनकी ख्याति में चार चाँद लगाते हुये काफी सीमायें पार कर जाता था।
हम ये कह सकते हैं कि नकारात्मक प्रचार करने के बावजूद भी जो लोग उन्हें नहीं जानते थे उनको भी जानने का अवसर मिला। ये लहर पूरे देश में फैलने लगी और इसमें बहुत सारे लोगों का अवश्य योगदान रहा होगा। *लेकिन शूद्र होने के कारण उनका इतिहास में सही मूल्यांकन नहीं हुआ है।* लोगों में हिन्दू धर्म व्यवस्था के प्रति घृणा का भाव उत्पन्न होने लगा। इसी दौर में स्वामी दयानंद ने देखा कि अगर इसी तरह का विरोध जारी रहा तो हिन्दू धर्म की व्यवस्था खतरे में पड़ जायेगी।
*अतः उन्होंने एक रणनीत के तहत मूर्ति पूजा का विरोध करना आरम्भ कर दिया।* अब उस समय के अछूतों और सछूतों की सामाजिक स्थिति का अनुमान आसानी से लगाया जा सकता है। *उस समय अछूतों की परछायीं से लोग दूर भागते थे।* इसलिये स्वामी दयानंद ने *अपना कार्य क्षेत्र कुछ सवर्णों और सछूतों तक सीमित कर दिया* और उस दौर में आर्य समाज की स्थापना *(1875) के बाद सबसे ज्यादा आर्य समाजी सछूतों (शूद्रों) में तैयार किये गये जो शादी विवाह तथा तमाम तरह के कर्मकाण्डों व कार्यक्रमों में सहभागी बनने लगे। लेकिन महत्वपूर्ण कार्य उस समय भी बिना ब्राह्मण के सम्पन्न नहीं होते थे।*
महात्मा ज्योतिबा राव फुले उस समय महाराष्ट्र में जिस व्यवस्था का विरोध कर रहे थे। अपरोक्ष रूप से स्वामी दयानंद सरस्वती उसी का समर्थन कर रहे थे। *व्यवस्था की आग पूरे देश में न फैलने पाये इसलिये व्यापारिक केन्द्र बम्बई में अार्य समाज की स्थापना के बाद आर्य समाजियों का भ्रमण पूरे देश में आरम्भ हो गया।* लोगों को शिक्षा से वंचित रखा गया था पर लोगों में शिक्षा पाने की लालसा बहुत थी।
*इसीलिए उस समय सछूतों को आकर्षित करने के लिये पूरे देश मे डी.ए.वी. कालेजों की स्थापना बड़े पैमाने पर की गयी।* इन डी.ए.वी. (दयानंद एंग्लो वैदिक) कालेजों में बिना हवन पूजन कराये शिक्षण कार्य सम्पन्न नहीं होता था। कहीं कहीं सप्ताह में एक दिन इस कार्य के लिये निश्चित कर दिया जाता था और अलग अलग कक्षाओं के विद्यार्थी क्रमवार इस कार्यक्रम में भाग लेते थे और इस तरह की नैतिक शिक्षा उनकी दिनचर्या का अंग बन जाती थी। *ये सब ऊँचा बनो आन्दोलन का एक भाग था। जिससे सछूत अपने आपको अछूतों से ऊपर समझें।*
यद्यपि आजादी के बाद अछूतों को भी इसमें सम्मिलित किया गया। *इसी दौर मे पंजाब में भंगी समाज को वाल्मीकि उपनाम देकर अलग थलग करने की प्रक्रिया प्रारम्भ कर दी गयी जो वर्तमान में दिखाई पड़ रही है।* जो सछूत और अछूत आर्थिक रूप से सम्पन्न होने लगे थे *वे फासीवादी ताकतों की आँखों में खटकने लगे थे। आज भी खटक रहे हैं उन्हें अन्धविश्वासी धर्म के माध्यम से ही मानसिक गुलाम बनाया जा सकता है।*
*गुजरात के ही एक अन्य शहर महेलव में सन 1865 में जन्में डूँगर पटेल को इस कार्य के लिये उपयुक्त समझा गया और उसे बचपन से ही ऐसे धार्मिक साँचे में ढाला गया कि वह अपनी जातीय वास्तविकता को भूल जाये और धर्मानुसार पारंगत होकर काम करे।* कालान्तर में लोग उसे *शास्त्री जी महाराज* के नाम से जानने लगे और एक ऐसे मिथक को उठाकर (पहले से ही तैयार प्रारूप) उसमें प्राण प्रतिष्ठा कर दी गयी कि लोग जान भी नहीं पाये और उनका कार्य भी हो गया।
इस मिथक की जहाँ से प्राण प्रतिष्ठा की गयी वहाँ के लोग अभी भी इससे अपरिचित हैं। लेकिन वर्तमान में उसका जाल देश और विदेश में इतना ज्यादा फैला हुआ है कि जो भी जानेगा आश्चर्यचकित हुये बिना नहीं रहेगा। *शास्त्री जी महाराज के माध्यम से गुजरात के सछूतों को इतना धार्मिक मिष्ठान्न खिला दिया गया कि आज भी लोग उसकी ओर आकर्षित हुये बिना नहीं रहते।*
स्वामी अछूतानंद, रामस्वरूप वर्मा, ललईं सिंह यादव व बाबू जगदेव प्रसाद के अथक प्रयास के बावजूद भी अन्य पिछड़े वर्ग के लोग अथक श्रम और मेहनत करके अन्य पिछड़े वर्ग के लोगों को गर्त से निकालने का प्रयत्न कर रहे हैं। *वे परेशान भी हो जाते हैं कि इतना समझाने के बावजूद भी ये लोग सत्य को समझते क्यों नहीं हैं तो इसके लिये वास्तविक जड़ों को खोदकर देखना पड़ेगा।*

मरणोपरान्त उन दोनों गुजरातियों को सिर पर उठाकर पूरी दुनिया में घूमने वाले लोग देश की जनता को क्या संदेश देना चाहते हैं कि उनका हृदय परिवर्तन हो गया है तो फिर देश के मजदूरों के साथ इतनी क्रूरता व निष्ठुरता क्यों ? *ये फासीवादी विचारधारा के लोग सामंतवादियों के चरणों में लोटते हुये नजर आ रहे हैं। इनकी खुद की सोचने की क्षमता समाप्त हो चुकी है।* ये तो मात्र कठपुतली की तरह काम कर रहे हैं।
*जो वर्तमान का युवा समाज है वह समाज को नई रोशनी की तरफ लेकर जा सकता है। *उसे हताश नहीं होना चाहिए क्योंकि हमने उसे कर्म काण्डों से दूर भागते हुये देखा है। उसकी सोचने की क्षमता को कुन्द करने के लिये ही उसे मर्यादित आचरण का चोला पहनाया जाता है जो उसे बिल्कुल रास नहीं आता है।*
बहुराष्ट्रीय कम्पनियों में काम करने की वजह से भी युवाओं की सोच में परिवर्तन आया है। वे दकियानूसी समाज की बेसिरपैर की बातों में नहीं उलझना चाहते हैं। *उन्हें अगर सरकार की कूटनीतिक चालों की वजह से रोजगार नहीं मिलता है तो उन्हें बहकाने वाली बीच की कूटनीतिक चालों को समझ कर उनसे बाहर निकलना होगा और बिना किसी भेदभाव के संघर्ष का रास्ता अपनाना पडेगा।*
जब जिम्मेदार *पदों पर बैठे लोग अपनी पक्षपाती हठधर्मिता को छोड़ने को तैयार नहीं हों और कानून के साथ खिलवाड़ करें तो जनता को ऐसे लोगों की गर्दन पकड़ने का प्रयास प्रारम्भ कर देना चाहिए।* क्योंकि सीधी और सच्ची बातें उनके गले से नीचे नहीं उतरतीं हैं। *वे मात्र फासीवादी ताकतों के पूरक के रूप में काम कर रहे होते हैं।*
इधर जब स्वामी दयानंद सरस्वती ने बहुत बड़ी संख्या मे सछूतों को अपनी ओर आकर्षित करना प्रराम्भ कर दिया तो *उन सछूतों की अपने ही मूल के अछूतों से सामाजिक दूरियाँ Social Distancing बढ़ना शुरू हो गयी।* एक दो पीढ़ियों के बाद उन्ही सछूतों (अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग) को शह देकर *अछूतों पर अत्याचार करना आरम्भ कर दिया। जिसकी परिणति आज भी हम देखते हैं कि सवर्णों से कहीं ज्यादा अत्याचार अनुसूचित जाति और जन जाति पर अन्य पिछड़े वर्ग के लोग ही करते हैं।*
इसको *तकनीकी शब्दावली में ब्रेन वाशिंग (Brain Washing) कहते हैं। मूल समाज के जितने जन प्रतिनिधि पूरे देश में दिखाई पड़ रहे हैं वे इसी ब्रेन वाशिंग के जाल में फँसे हुये हैं और उनके बच्चे उनसे दो कदम आगे दिखाई पड़ रहे हैं। वे शूद्र होते हुये भी अपने आपको क्षत्रिय कहने में गर्व महसूस करते हैं।*
*मूर्ति पूजा का विरोध करने वाले स्वामी दयानंद सरस्वती के कर्मों को पुनः उसी अवस्था में पहुंँचाने के लिये गुजरात के उन्हीं शास्त्री जी महाराज (डूँगर पटेल) को मूर्ति पूजा का वाहक बना कर मिथकों के आधार पर इस तरह से तैयार किया गया कि साँप भी मर जाये और लाठी भी न टूटे और परिणाम हम सबके सामने है फिर भी हम देख कर भी अनदेखी कर रहे हैं।* गुजरात के *गाँधीनगर में जो अक्षरधाम मन्दिर है उसकी वास्तविकता केवल और केवल डूँगर पटेल से जुड़ी हुई है।* सोमनाथ के मंदिर की कहानी सर्व विदित है वह भी गुजरात से जुड़ी हुई है। *कई उच्चकोटि के सट्टेबाज भी गुजरात की धरती से उत्पन्न हुये हैं। बैंकों से ऋण लेकर विदेश भागने वाले लोग भी आपको गुजरात की पृष्ठ भूमि से ही जुड़े हुये मिलेंगे।*
हिन्दुओं के नाम के पूरे देश में इतने संगठन बना दिये गये हैं कि उनमें सछूतों की अलग अलग जातियों के लोगों को समाहित किया जा सके। *प्रवीन तोगड़िया भी गुजरात की धरती की उपज है। इन सछूतों को आर्य समाजियों के द्वारा और कथावाचकों के द्वारा मिथकों के आधार पर इतनी हवा भर दी गयी है कि वे लोग अपने आपको हिन्दू धर्म का सच्चा वाहक समझने लगें।* गुजरात से चली इस लहर को आप पूरे देश में देख भी सकते हैं और समझ भी सकते हैं। देश की सत्ता में हर जगह आपको न दिखाई पड़ने वाली जगह पर भी कोई न कोई गुजराती अवश्य मिल जायेगा।
*मैं गुजरात के किसी भी जन साधारण के खिलाफ नहीं हूँ। इसलिये गुजरात के लोग इसे अन्यथा न लें।* लेकिन जो सत्य है उससे मुँह मोड़ना भी ठीक नहीं है। *जो लोग इंसानियत की कद्र करना जानते हैं और करते भी हैं उन्हें ये बात गाँठ बाँध लेनी चाहिए कि अगर एक और एक मिलाकर दो हो सकते हैं तो एक और एक मिलकर ग्यारह भी हो सकते हैं।*
*वर्तमान में आप तेली, तमोली, पनवाड़ी, लोधी, कुर्मी, कोली आदि तमाम जातियों को देख सकते हैं जो गर्व से हिन्दू कहने में अपने आपको गौरवान्वित महसूस करते हैं।* समझाने वाले परेशान हैं लेकिन उन्हें कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता। *उनके मान मर्यादा को बढ़ाने के लिये तमाम झूठे किरदार तैयार करके सोशल मीडिया पर फैलाये जा रहे हैं।* ये अन्य पिछड़े वर्ग के लोग और जन प्रतिनिधि वही देख रहे हैं जो उन्हें दिखाया जा रहा है। *जिस दिन ये अपनी आँखों से देखने लगेंगे उस दिन से इस देश के इतिहास के साथ साथ भूगोल भी बदल जायेगा।*
हमें गुजरात के गोधरा काण्ड की जानकारी तो अवश्य होगी। अहमदाबाद में हुए भीषण नर संहार को भी नहीं भुलाया जा सकता है। वर्तमान में दिल्ली दरबार भले ही कोई और सजा रहा हो मगर सारा खेल तो गुजरात के नियंत्रण से ही चल रहा है। *दिल्ली में कौन सा विभाग ऐसा है जिसमें गुजरात के मूल के लोग काबिज न हों।* गुजरात मॉडल तो हमेशा सुर्खियों में रहा है। जिन्होंने गुजरात को करीब से नहीं देखा है वे बिना गुजरात जाये भी गुजरात मॉडल को जान और समझ सकते हैं।
*कोरोना से बचाव के लिये उपयोग में लाये जाने वाले वेंटिलेटर इसके प्रत्यक्ष उदाहरण हैं।* फिर आशाराम बापू और उनके चेले चपाटों का आशीर्वाद भी तो कोई मायने रखता है। *इतना सब कुछ होते हुए भी अगर हम गुजरात गुजरात न खेलें तो ऐसा कैसे हो सकता है ?*
